When you regret your purchase. (Cancellation right)
You have 14 days free cancellation rights when you shop with us.
Free cancellation ends 14 days after the day you:
- a) Have received your purchases.
- b) Have received the last purchase in the case of several goods that are on one order but are delivered separately.
- c) Have received the last lot or part when your purchase consists of multiple lots or parts.
You must, within 14 days of receipt, inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. The notification must be provided by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In your message please let us know clearly that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
You cannot withdraw just by refusing the receipt of the items without giving us clear notice of this.

Goods that are exempt from the right of withdrawal

The condition of the product when you return it.
You are liable for any deterioration of the value of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the item. In other words – you may try the product in the same way you try it in a physical store.
If the item is tested beyond what is described above, we consider the item used, which means that, in the case of withdrawal of the purchase, only a portion or none of the purchase amount will be returned, depending on the item’s commercial value.
In order to receive the full purchase amount, you must act the same way as you would in a physical store. You may test the product but may not use it.
Refund of the purchase amount.
If you regret your purchase, you will receive the amount that you have paid. In the case of any depreciation of value you are liable and the amount will be deducted.
If you use your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery cost (but no additional costs due to your choice of delivery other than the standard form of delivery we offer) within 14 days from the date we have received notice of your decision to withdraw. We will refund you using the same method of payment used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
We will withhold the refund until we have received the item, unless you can submit documentation of shipment.

What do I need to include with the item returned?
You must include a copy of the confirmation of the order.
If there is any mistake or damage to the product (warranty)
The code of purchase will be applicable.
When you shop at creations.dangleterre.com you have 24 months warranty. This covers as a rule; repair, exchange, refund or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
It is a requirement that the complaint is justifiable and that the defect is not as a result of incorrect use or any other damaging use of the product.
How quickly must I react to claim my warranty?
You must react within “reasonable time” after you have discovered the defect. If you react within 2 months after the defect has been discovered, the complaint will be considered in time.
We refund reasonable shipping costs
If your claim is warranted, we will refund you (reasonable) shipping costs.
